Belly’s hot sauce was created and founded in Moncton, NB. I grew my own garden during the summer of the pandemic and ended up with an abundance of habanero peppers by mistake. Not knowing what to do with them, I looked up a recipes online, on what to do with the habaneros and came up with the famous mango habanero hot sauce.

I started to share my hand crafted sauce with friends and neighbours and the feedback was very positive. I then did a trial run in a local Facebook group to see if there was any interest… We sold out in 15 mins with 200 purchase orders.

That’s when I knew I was on to something. Within the first week we acquired a commercial kitchen, created a website, build our social media pages,  incorporated the business and launched the company.

We are very proud to be a New Brunswick company and want to continue to promote our sauce locally.
